A Special Request from Cardinal Sean

Last Monday evening, about 300 people from the two parishes and school attended the Open Meeting, beginning a process of discernment and decision-making as to how the Church will address the spiritual needs of the Catholic people in this area. The overall atmosphere of the meeting was open, passionate and respectful.

Planning a Summer Place

We will be moving downstairs to A/C as follows:

June 17th at St. Ann’s

June 30th at St. Brendan's
We will remain there until at least through Labor Day weekend.

First Saturday Mass

Please note that we no longer have a Mass on Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Ann's Church. Thank you for understanding.

Suspending 11:30 a.m. Mass at St. Brendan’s

For a significant amount of time, the attendance at the 11:30 a.m. Mass has leveled off around 30-40 people.  If there is a memorial Mass, the number of family members can raise that number a bit (or a lot) but regularly, it is very low.  We will suspend the Mass for the summer months and decide in the late summer about the Fall schedule.

The last 11:30 a.m. Mass will be on Father's Day, June 17th

Wouldn't it great if an IT person in the parishes was willing to give us a little bit of time to reorganize and set up our communication with everyone - web site, facebook, etc. etc. We need to collaborate and connect the communication in one unified, efficient and effective tool. If you know of someone (maybe you?) ask them to call Fr. Bob to talk. Thank you!
